You can download your own clips directly from Twitch, but Twitch doesn't offer a way to download clips from other channels. However, there are plenty of third-party websites you can use to download clips from other creators. How to Download Twitch Clips

You can use sites like Clipr.xyz or Untwitch.com to download clips from any creator on Twitch. To download your own clips, log in to Twitch.tv and click your profile icon in the upper-right corner. Click Video Producer in the drop-down menu and then click Clips in the menu to the left. Click the download icon next to a video clip.

If you are not logged in automatically, click or tap Log In and log in with the username and password associated with your account.
