Bestline payout question (2024)

I requested a bankwire on Monday 5-7 and still have not recieved it. Is this normal? anyone else recently been paid by them. I call them and they refuse to find out what is going on till day 10, even though they admit it really never takes more then 5 days. Is it that difficult to make a phone call or send an email to there processor to find out what is going on. Scary that a measly $3500 withdrawal takes this long.

I only ask as I have other books where it seems to take max of 72hrs.

AK, show me a sportsbook out there it has taken less than 10 days for a bank wire to hit your account?

I have received bankwires in the past few months, from other sports books that have taken that long (21 days from Mansion and close to a month from others)

With banking these days many use overseas processors now and rotate them around. Then add intermediate banks and that also slows down the process. Depending on when it was requested, it it was a weekend, that will slow it down even more.

In today’s offshore banking world, this would not make me nervous.

Still haven't recieved my bankwire. This is honestly the worst sportsbook customer service. Everyday I call they say the latest tommorow. And then i call tommorow and they say the samething. The supervisor won't speak to me and the customer service rep says too bad and his exact words were post whatever you want on the forum, they don't care. I asked for a confirmation number that you get when you send it and they said no you will just have to wait. The best part was they said they show my bank received it the 5/15 and they have confirmation. Well I have a small bank and they searched every bank wire the came in since 5-5 and NOTHING cam in for me or was rejected. And then he changed his story to well we sent it out then. 10 days after i asked?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOK. SEEM TO BE HAVING TROUBLE PAYING. A measly $3,500 withdrawal and they can't pay it.

FYI

Still have not been paid. I have 5 different stories from them as to what has happened. Latest is that i will have my money in 3 business days. We will see I heard that 2 weeks ago.

And the best part was they wanted to charge me another $50 withdrawal fee because they are having problems with their processors, but they were going to be nice and not charge me since the first fee they charged me I never got the money. Are you f*cking kidding me how bout you refund me the original $50 fee that you charged me since you could't even get me the withdrarwal.

An update

I finally got paid

Be careful with this place. They took 4 weeks to pay me a bank wire. They made every excuse under the sun. I finally got it. The best part was they acted like they were doing me a favor.

Also

I placed an if bet online that didn't take and it took the balance out of my account. I called them 5 seconds later and they said too bad. and if I didn't like it close my account.(a measly $100 bet too)

Well I did and never will play here again.

BE VERY CAREFUL THIS BOOK SOUNDS FISHY AND I WOULDN'T TRUST ALOT OF MONEY WITH THEM. REMEMBER JUST BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISE HERE DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE GOOD.

AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS BAD AS ME TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH MY DOG.

For those posters who don't have the time or don't feel like going through the trouble of doing a search on THIS poster...

ak hasn't posted here in over 6 months until he started this thread...

I believe he had an agenda to hurt this sports book...

this is an operator we rarely if ever receive complaints about, yet ak has a problem because a bank wire took 3 weeks to be received in today's environment..

ak also claims that there are sports books that it take only 2-3 days to receive wires from after asking for a withdrawal (UNTRUE)....

Then, ak has the nerve to cry FOUL because a sports book honored a bet he made....

PATHETIC, IMHO....

Here is a tip for sports books. If it is gonna take 3 weeks, tell the customers that it will take 3 weeks. Be realistic with clients and it will save you some headaches.

Look who is talking shrink. You calling anyone pathetic. Amazing when you have single handly caused posters to lose thousands with the books you endorse.

You must be on crack if you don't know of a book that take 2-3 days.

As for honoring a bet that their sh*tty website didn't work for is great. I placed an if bet and it took it out as a regular wager. HMMM you tell me that is good right.

And according to shrink only listen to the people that post here everyday of every minute and god forbid I make a post about my experience with a book I have an agenda because I have a life and don't spend it posting on a message board.

I TOTALY AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS ISSUE THATS ALL I EXPECT IS THE TRUTH THAT WOULD BE A LOT BETTER THAN BEING JERKED AROUND 3 WEEKS

Atleast when I posted this on the other website the sameday. Wil actually posted in their for me to email him so he could help. And I took him up on the offer. Shrink, I have played bestline sports in the past, maybe 2 or 3 years ago. That was LONG BEFORE they were here. If I remember correctly, they had a few REAL SLOW payout issues at this other small forum.

Now this guy might have an agenda, I have no idea

I am name calling huh? who called me pathetic. anyways i could give 2 sh*ts. As I explained to the book nowhere did I say I was 100% sure i didn't f*ck up the bet when i called them. I could care less but when the nasty rude customer service guy I called said not in exact words go f*ck yourself I take offense to that. Hey i have my opinions and my right to do business with who I choose. But when twice in a mater of a week this place treated me like sh*t then it is enough for me to say screw you.

When dealing with money people have to realize you need to treat people differently then when you would if you were buying a good from them. When I make a withdrawal for my hard earned money in this day and age and doesn't arrive and everyday someone tells me something different. Guess what you would be pissed too. EVERYDAY i was told something different. Originally it was your bank accepted the money. we have proof to we we will resend it too we screwed up. Now a lot of these excuses I have heard from slow pay companies so no offense to anyone at bestline. I don't know one person there and I can't trust them and when everyday they give you a different excuse then it worries you.

The funny thing is a little customer service would have solved all this. If a "manager" jumped and resolved the problem when there was a issue we would never have gotten this far.

My experience and I thought I would share. If next month you hear someone else complain about bestline then people on hear know it is something to be concerned about, but if not then I guess i was unlucky and had some very bad/new customer service reps. Anyways back to carib where i have NEVER had a problem.

Shrink also if who ever decided to tell you my wagering info from bestline without my permission chose to tell you that EVERY day i make a parlay and IF it with something else and I have never messed up. I really think what happened was it had the wager cached from my trying to figure out payouts and sent a cahced page instead of the if option. anyways $160 dollars i could care less.

anyways shrink best of luck to you and i will leave your website as i don't post here often enough to make it seem like i have no agenda.(also i posted 6 months ago because i only gamble MLB and thats it.) But anyways way to drive away your posters

We sent it already.
We have confirmation your bank got it.
There was a delay you should have it in 72hrs
are processor did not send it we are going to resend it.
To finally it was sent today you should have it monday.

To me they are all slow pay lines. Also why should a book get away with treating us like crap because we want our money. They wouldn't let me talk to anyone, they wouldn't give me a tracking number, and they thought it was ok practice.

SO YES I HAVE AN AGENDA AND THAT IS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT THEY DID SO IF IT HAPPENS ANYMORE IT IS DOCUMENTED HEAR ATLEAST. AND THIS IS THE ONLY WAY IT WILL CAUSE THEM TO THINK TWICE BEFORE THE GIVE SOMEONE ELSE THE RUN AROUND.

I could care less who betonline is or owned by. I played with them for the first time a month ago because of here and no bad post about them. I have cashed in $5,000 from them. SO trust me i don't hate them, but at the same time i was sharing my experience. Take it for what its worth.

I NEVER called YOU pathetic. If you read the first post I made to you carefully, I used the word pathetic at the very end of my posting to describe what your behavior appeared like to me.

If I offended you with this description, I apologize. That was not my intention...

We receive many complaints and I do MY BEST to help out gambers in need.

In fact, that was one of the MAIN premises of that "other" site you so fondly refer to as TheRx, which I founded over 11 years ago.

But back at the ranch, this thread smelled "fishy" to me from the onset. Why?

1--There hasn't been anything like this happening to other gamblers using BestlineSports AND
2--A poster comes out of a 6 month hiatus to start it!

Can you now see why I might be a tad suspicious???

A fair arbitrator has to be able to gather all of the evidence, listen to both sides, then formulate a conclusion or a decision...

Even though you and I had some problems communicating from the onset, I do value your opinion...

You have every RIGHT to share your experiences with ANY SPORTS BOOK on this site whether they advertise with us or not.

I do hope your next journey with a sports book turns out more pleasant and prosperous for you than this time around...
